Perikhdmatan ini adalah yang paling asas dimana ramai pengunjung akan mengadu masalah ini bagi mendapatkan rawatan. Sebagai pengendali perkhidmatan swasta yang comprehensif, perkhidmatan kesihatan primer ini juga akan mengrangkumi ujian-ujian lanjutan yang membolehkan rawatan yang lebih tepat diberikan. Antara yang utama termasukklah ujian darah, swab test dan ujian urin. Klinik juga menyediakan rawatan penyakit kelamin, gastritis, asma dan kesihatan wanita.
